For noobs! When you print look at the trace it makes if its thick at first and thins out you need to increase your feed rate, you can enter M503 to see settings and the feed will be shown at the top right of the screen, think the default is 600 or something, you may need to increase it, mine is set to like 960 and gives me an even trace when extruding. Also I use a bed temp on glass for RepRapPro Medel of 55 and I clean the glass with denatured alcohol. I also set E.home to the thickness of a piece of paper and backed off from that untill it worked. If any fellow noobs have questions I will try to help, because this forum is pretty much useless for noobs.
