Repetier-host extruder and print bed temperature problem (1 reply)

Good day All

I am having a problem with the temperature that Repetier host ver 0.85b reports from the print head and the print bed. Both are reported at a starting temp of 200 C. with or without the thermistors connected. and with or with out the Gen 7 board connected to my laptop.

I am running windows 7 64bit, Gen7 ver1.5 board 16MHz with a Atmega 1284PU. Repetier firmware.

The problem started after I connected the extruder for the first time. I connected the print bed first tested it to confirm temperature is within spec.

any ideas as to what can be my problem?

I did uninstall repetier host and removed all entries from the registry. Re-installed and the problem persists.
