RAMPS Bad? (no replies)

New to the 3D Printing community. Got my printer and assembled it. When I try to home or move I get no movement. I have tuned the pots on the stepper drivers and found out I have one bad driver. I have tried removing the bad driver and motor. Also tried putting the bad driver on the extruder. I can connect in Repetier and Pronterface just fine, but the only thing I can get the printer to do is heat the hotend. Is my RAMPS bad? If so, is there a way to repair it? If not, where do I start? Printer is Kossel Clear. I am just trying to get it to move while I get another stepper driver. Currently it is a giant paperweight that will flash a green LED twice if I plug it into my computer.
