Firmware setting for RS 198-961 (no replies)

Hi, bit of a noob question. I'm setting up my first 3D printer (with Repetier FW) and just wanted to clarify what the best setting is for my thermistor. I have the 100k RS thermistor (198-961), which is selection 10 in Marlin. I'm wondering what the best path is for setting this up in Repetier as I can't see it as a config option (unless I'm missing something).
