FIrst prusa i2 build (no replies)

Just got my shipment of plastic parts in, hardware and rods are otw and should b here by the end of the week. Any tips besides the reprap.org prusa i2 assembly instructions? I am going to use fender washers instead of the printed idler bearings... metric kit with linear bearings.

I live about 1.5 hours south of chicago in the middle of a corn field :)
