MendelMax construction alignment and warping? (no replies)

Hi,

I've just finished the frame construction on my Blomker MendelMax kit, and I've noticed that now that I put the brackets on the tops of the A frames that the base was no longer flat on my workbench.

I've now loosened all the brackets at the top of the frame, and pushed the back and front sections of the A frame to level the base again

But I was wondering the best way to make sure that I have the build as accurate as possible, and which dimensions need to paid particular attention to.
