It means that you design a stick or a roll and your print it with your 3D printer ! and then you use the filament you just printed to print something ! ... such as the filament you just used ! hahahaha POOOOOOOOM
Crazy idea, I just had to share it.
The only use I see is to make filament of another diameter, but of course it's simpler and faster to use an appropriated nozzle for that.
