How to repair broken potis on g3d a4988 drivers (no replies)

Hi,

I broke two stepper drivers in one week (http://gadgets3d.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=72).
I was really gentle on turning the potis with my ceramic screwdriver.
Are they repairable?
