How To Generate Slic3r Executable???? (no replies)

Hey, I have downloaded the slic3r executable and source code on windows platform. They are both working perfectly. Source code can be run using Citrusperl with dependencies installed.

NOW I am struggling at generating a slic3r executable from source code, the Citrus Perl Utilities GUI only generate a executable which is failed to run, looks like all dependencies are not packed, Can someone please give me some help on this.
