Hello all,
I am having an issue with my Mix G1 printer where the filament is backing up and flowing out the bottom of the PTFE rod. I can't leave the printer alone for too long because this overflowing filament will then drip onto the print job and ruin it, and then it takes a long time to clean the extruder. I think this is due to the extrusion motor speed, but I am not sure which setting to change in Slic3r or Repetier to fix this problem. I am using PLA 1.75 mm filament and a 0.5 mm nozzle. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Ryan M. Brown
