I managed to blow my Melzi. I had a short and now the 'Y' motor doesn't operate. So I went out and bought a new one from eBay but this one looks a bit different. The board does say it's a Melzi Ardentissimo based on Sanguinololu.but it is a lighter green and has different style screw terminals. Anyway, it has all the same ports and it does seem to work fine using the same firmware. But now the temperature is out by about 20 degree. At idle, it is saying my bed and my hotend are 40Degree C but it is definitely no where near that warm in a cold British garage... Would the change of board has affected this or is it unrelated? What would be the best way of fixing it?
