Slic3r Windows 8 (no replies)

I am trying to install Slic3r onto a new computer with Windows 8. When I go to add a file I get a warning box that reads:

Warning box: "Use of uninitilialized value in subtraction at C:/Users/Carol/Desktop/Slic3r/lib/std/Slic3r/Geometry.pm.line 725

Can someone tell me what is wrong? I am a novice and new to slic3r. Had it working great on my Windows 7 machine.
