I have my slicer set to slow down the printer on very small layers as a part of its cooling strategy. I suspect a lot of people do the same thing. The problem is that as the speed slows down, the result is that the plastic (at least PLA) on those layers is noticeably shinier when it hardens. It's not really all that bad, but I was wondering is anybody has any mitigation strategy that I might try (or even if others are experiencing the same thing)
