New prints, weird lines (no replies)

A friend sent me a file that ended up being a scan of himself, while printing these weird lines started showing up every so often and it happened again with a different print, I wanted to see if anyone knew what was causing it. The second print is supposed to be some kind of clip for the z-axis switch.
