Need help and/or part loaner (no replies)

Hi my Name is Juan Mrad I study at Lone Star College Montgomery, and I would like to build a 3D printer. I not sure were to start I know about programming and computers, but this 3d printer is almost new for me. who can give me and advice and some help i am willing to buy the plastic to build the parts.
