Ok guys im looking for some help here.

So other thread you can see that i had some fun getting the hardware but i got it. Assembly was another nightmare but its put together. Calibration seems to be more of a perspective then something that can acutally be accomplished.

Now i wount say it doent work i can print fairly accurate objects if im lucky but problem are right now. try anything bigger then a cube and something always goes wrong. head to close head to far digging in the tape blobs becase its to high etc.

So my problems are here below.

1. if i sneeze the #@%$^ plate isnt level anymore. I thinking why not just take the springs out level it with the nuts and since all those parts dont move unless the device changes locatoions i should never have to fight with that part again ? ( also add in here vibration from the device can cause the wing nuts to fall off the bottom of the plate)

2. The wonderful dule Z axis. hit Z +10 in print run then level it hit Z - home and poof not level anymore. yea its missing steps i dont know what to do to resolve that i put zipper ties on the m5 threaded rods( held to the motor with tubeing) to try and hold them in place better thinking im going to go to mini hose camps.

3. Rods wobble when they spin is this just another example of crappy hardware ? Not so much going up but down definatly seems like a struggle for them.

4. How far off the plate should the hot end be ? Also this blue tape thing more trouble then its worth ? or should i go try and find a glass plate since the plastic doesnt seem to want to stick to the stainless. seems my main and most frustrating problem is after all the work leveling you hit print and all of the sudden the print drags across the tape because again its not level anymore.

Also other things i noticed. The hot end is not held in very well the filment can push the hot end 1 to 3 cm + / - X - axis when i try to put something in there to tighten it up it wount feed the filiment anymore.

This just a junk kit i need to slavage parts from and start over ?
