I've noticed that my nema 17 stepper motors get quite hot during testing. Hot enough to be uncomfortable if held in hand. The testing I've done is just making sure the movements are fine, a few clicks here and there in printrun.
Should I lower the motor current??
It's currently set like this..
MOTHERBOARD==301
MOTOR_CURRENT {175,175,175,200,0}
I'm concerned that if I were to do an actual print, that the motors would suffer damage from the prolonged heat.
Or is this normal??
