Auto bed compensation problem. Print do not start centered (no replies)

Hi
I have auto bed compensation enabled since a week and it working awesome.
I just have a problem with the print, it do not start centered for me since this.

The start gcode is:
G28 x0 y0
G28 z0
G29
G1 x0 y0 at this point the problem start. The extruder carriage is moving not to x0 and it moves about 1-2cm to the right(my home positions are front left)
Anyone here know what the issue is and point me to the right direction?

I also have seen that the extruder carriage sometimes ignore the endstops if I do a g1 command.
