Hi, I understand this is the place to complain about reprap vendors. What about the opposite? I have been helped greatly by Benjamin Krux of Reprap Austria http://www.reprap.cc to get my prusa working. Problem was, I am rather good with the mechanics (I am an instrument maker) but I understand very little of electronics. Benny sold me a ramps board and promised me to help to get it running. He then talked me through adapting and uploading firmware, motor currents, pin assignments the lot. And when I wrote to him things were looking good, he answered: " Dont hestiate to contact me if something doesnt work! " Thanks, Benny!
