Great results but now first layer won't stick (4 replies)

I have been really impressed with my first few prints I have attached pics of them.

All was well but now the first layer won't stick. I tried printing the android again and as attached it turns into a gloopy mess. Everything turns into a gloopy mess. Its quite frustrating as the last thing I printed was very detailed and printed perfectly, I don't know what has changed?

I have read about non sticking issues and I have done the following:

Checked the bed is level.
Checked the Z home point.
Cleaned the glass with Acetone.
I'm in a warm room that doesn't have a draft.

Any ideas?
