Hi, I had a problem recently with my hotend, it got jammed with PLA and had no ideea how to remove the problem. After i found out that Acetone is not an option, I tried my luck and applied another method.
I found a needle with a enlarged ball-like head.

I kept the needle in fire until it was red hot.

I removed the J-head and then jammed the needle in the back of the hotend so it would penetrate the stuck PLA. Do this while the needle is hot, so it would go deep.

Let it cool for awhile, after that usesome pliers to pull the PLA. Be careful not to damage the hotend, try to induce a rotating move when pulling.
That is it! It worked like a charm.

I hope this helped, good luck and excuse my english.

PS You have to click the images, i cannot figure how to show them.
