The android printed with my upgraded mendel90 is a ful success. Thanks Chris for the upgrade kit. The surface now is silky, before the upgrade is was more shiny.
As I have my two extruders for different filaments, I wonder whether it could be possible, to export the calibration data for extruder and Z-Homepoint to a separate file.
Furthermore it should be useful, to have a simple procedure for calibration (i.e. feed the mesured results to the program - get data for the melzi). How can this be realizated?
The PLA doesn't more stick as tough to the bed, so the first printouts went wrong. With an intense cleaning of the glass the problem was fixed. There have been threads about this.
Not working was acetone, but I don't know why.
