1,Install the software and the drive provided by the seller.(arduino 1.0.1).ready !!!
2,The first thing I do was not mount the ramps to the mega2560 board,I just had a program to test the mega board to confirm that whether it is good or broken.After that,I found that the 2560 board works fine.

3,Plug the RAMPS 1.4 on the mega2560 rev3. Cool black 2560 board.
Using the USB cable connected the 2560 board with the computer.

Find the marlin .ico and dblclick.
C:\arduino-1.0.1\examples\Marlin.

Do not drag the marlin.ico to the opened arduino software.It is unacceptable.

Note:If you cannot find the folder in the examples folder,just copy the marlin folder into the example folder.
Arduino 1.0.1 software, chose the Arduino Mega 2560 board and the right Serial Port (COM?,It just depends .)
