slic3r 0.9.9 - no plater display - in configure button on 0.85b repetier (no replies)

slic3r 0.9.9 - no plater display - in configure button on

just upgraded and.......
0.85b repetier ----> slicer tab -----> configure button------>slic3r opens------>??????

plater, print, filament, printer tabs
but i only have 3of4
print, filament, printer tabs

also

under window dropdown the options displayed are
ctrl+1 = plater
ctrl+2 = print
ctrl+3 = filament
ctrl+4 = printer

But when i use the commands i get
ctrl+1 = print
ctrl+2 = filament
ctrl+3 = printer
ctrl+4 = (no response)

MISSING plater,
where is it?
how do i get it back?
whats happened?
