Cracked parts on first build, replacement options? (3 replies)

Hi -

I'm working to join the RepRap world and currently building the Prusa Mendel iteration 2 printer. Last night I was working on the X-axis assembly and when I tried to insert my smooth rods into the holes on both the motor mount and the idler, the parts split along the rods. I'm pretty sure that's not supposed to happen...

So now I'm in a position where I need a new idler and motor mount, but not all of the other parts. Does anyone know of any reputable vendors that sell individual parts? Thanks in advance.
