Please see the lessons in attached file.
First, If this is the first time that you use ReplicatorG,Please connect your computer with the printer, Open Machine->Driver and choose te drive. If the model is Thing-O-Matic MK6（3mm filament), you can choose Thing-O-Matic w/ HBP and Extruder MK6, and if te model is Thing-O-Matic MK7(1.75mm flament), you can choose Thing-O-Matic w/ HBP and Extruder MK7. Second, the machine is connected with the computer by USB. You need setup ReplicatorG and select the interface. The Prot slsection process is Machine->Serial Port. See attachment 02.jpg.![]()
Third, after port selection, the ReplicatorG will be connected with the equipment. If connected, the status bar will be geen. If not connected, then stats bar will be red, and you need check the USB cable and te power on/off. See attachmen 03.jpg.![]()
Forth, Adjut the Print head. Choose File->Scripts->calibration->Thing-O-Matic calibration.gcode And then press the adjust button
Finally, adjust the print head according to the instruction.
Adjust metod:
Move X direction, make te print head on the middle of the X forces
Move Y direction, make the print head on the middle of te Y forces
Rotate the Z forces shaft screw, move the print headdownwards, and make the print head mor near to the platofam.(Keep the distance only an A4 paper thickess）
After adjust completed, press CONFIRM dialog box.Thing-O-Matic will retrn automatic. See attachment 04.jpg.![]()
Fifth, Print the STL format drawing
Open the STL format document
File->Open, and then open the STL document. See attachment 05.jpg.[forums.reprap.org]
Sixth, After selecting the STL document, you can see the 3D model display. See See attachment 06.jpg.![]()
