I purchased a rumba board in this indiegogo campaign of reprapdiscount
Now I have completed my new 3D printer and only now i tested the board. Rumba board seems to work well, except one pololu, the display encoder works when pushing, but only occasionally when rotating, has the same behavior with all firmware (tested with Repetier, Marlin and Sprinter)
I tried to invert cables with the same results, so there's an hardware problem in the encoder board.
one week ago I tried to contact them from their web-site, but I didn't receive any answer.
Now I really don't know what to do, the printer doesn't work "stand alone" without encoder, and I can't find that spare part individually.
Is it possible that these sellers could behave in this way?
